I have just completed unloading the responsibility for some web sites I have maintained for years. For the most part I simply shut them down. The exception is wtnwoodturners.com, the site for our local woodturning club. A younger fellow has graciously agreed to take that over and has it going at wtnwoodturners.com.
I am thinking about spending a little time with this site--- unless I lose interest or motivation. I am using the latest version of the Joomla software. So far I am very impressed with the improvements over earlier versions. But it does require some relearning.
At age 83 several of my brain cells have died or ran away from home. That is making it a little hard to keep up with the evolving techniques available now days. But it will be fun to try. It has taken more than a week for me to clean up the mess left from deleting the other sites and getting the new version of Joomla installed to rebuild this one.
